The Theory of the Universe is energy balanced.
There is no such thing as a free lunch. Somebody has to pay. Often we do not pay and do not even know that we should pay since somebody always pays for us. For example, we do not pay for the air we breathe. It is, however, not free. Plants work hard to produce oxygen for us to breathe. The light from the sun pays the bill.
The theory requires an energy source to produce gravity and finds it. The theory also requires a transmission medium to conduct light in space and finds it too. These new findings lead us to a theory of the universe very different from what we have learned.
Instead of debating the complicated concepts and mathematics of relativity and related theories, The Theory of the Universe points out that since their postulations are incorrect, their mathematically derived conclusions are meaningless. It also points out that Einstein's gravity theory does not have an identified or addressed energy source responsible for the presence of gravity.
